Come marvel at the vibrant hues of New England fall foliage. Start with a visit to the&#0;Apple Barn & Country Bake Shop, including panoramic views on a ride to the top of the orchard, history and a slice of their signature apple pie ala mode. Travel along one of America’s most scenic routes, Route 100, ride in a full restored 1930’s antique passenger coach, visit Manchester, VT, tour Hildene Estates and Gardens, home of the Lincoln family descendants, visit a 1946 New England Country Store, drive through one of New Hampshire’s most scenic passages (Franconia Notch), enjoy a taste of New Hampshire as you ride the rails through the majestic White Mountains, enjoy the sparkle of New England’s bright foliage with views of Mount Greylock, and so much more!

Taste of Vermont Tour - Visit the Apple Barn & Country Bake Shop, including panoramic views on a ride to the top of the orchard, history of the orchard and area and a slice of their signature apple pie ala mode. Visit the wonderful bake shop.

Scenic Route 100 - One of America's most scenic routes as voted by American Travel Magazine….."A road cutting through the backbone of Vermont with spectacular fall colored mountain vistas around every corner"!
Green Mountain Flyer Rail Excursion - Ride in fully restored 1930's antique passenger coaches pulled by a vintage locomotive. Travel along the Connecticut and Williams Rivers between Bellows Falls and the 1872 Chester Depot. Pass by covered bridges, a beautiful cascading waterfall and Brockway Mills Gorge. Cross over the rivers for breath-taking views.
Manchester, VT - Take time for lunch on own in this New England town filled with shopping and eateries.
Hildene Estate and Gardens - Tour through Hildene Estate, home of the Lincoln family descendents. This 24-room Georgian Revival mansion features original furnishings, family artifacts, gorgeous gardens and a 1000 piece Aeolian Organ played for each group; Walk through the incredibly ornate 1903 Pullman Palace Car Sunbeam and see you the rich and famous traveled at the turn of the century; Visit the Cheese makers. So much to see and all beautifully perched in the scenic Green Mountains of Vermont!
Vermont Country Store - Stop in the 1946 New England Country Store, on the National Historic Register. It's like shopping in a museum with fascinating merchandise and New England antiques.
Dinner Included - At Historic Bryant House located at the Country Store.

Deluxe Continental Breakfast
Franconia Notch - Drive through one of New Hampshire's most scenic passages where shear rock walls reach up to the sky. Home of the site of the state's symbol, the ill-fated "Old Man on the Mountain".
Flume Gorge Visitor Center - Perched high on a ridge in the scenic White Mountains with a million dollar view, see the orientation film to the notch including history on the famous "Old Man on the Mountain". Learn about the "Granite State" through exhibits on nature and commerce. Take time for lunch in the Cafeteria.
Taste of New Hampshire - Mountain Train Ride - Fall doesn't get any better!!! Munch on samples of New Hampshire made and grown products as you ride the rails through the majestic White Mountains of New Hampshire, through passes and notches with grand mountain vistas, and amazing foliage. Following the winding "Pemi" River you'll cross over two span trestle. Stop at a Farm Stand adorned with life-size Scarecrows made by local famous artisans. Pick up your favorite New Hampshire goodies.
Fadden's General Store & Maple House - Visit historic Faddens, boasting syrup worthy of being named New Hampshire's best a whopping five times, as well as being once named the best in North America! The adjacent 18th century general store is a fifth-generation treasure, complete with squeaky floors, and original counters and display cases stocked with maple products, specialty foods, and a New Hampshire-made items and souvenirs.
